Jeannette Dirksen, CEO/Co-Founder of IntegriTeach
Recognized for her work in preventive discipline, guidance strategies, and development of youth and adult partnerships, Jeannette has specialized for more than 15 years in developing, designing, and evaluating programs directed at improving the effectiveness of people working with children and young adults. Before co-founding IntegriTeach, she served as CEO of Partnercom, a professional consulting and training services firm serving youth organizations and schools. Prior to Partnercom, Jeannette was a school counselor in the Los Angeles Unified School District . After working as a school counselor, she was a therapist for the Behavioral Sciences Institute in Seattle . Her innovative professional development curriculum, Above & Beyond, is used to train staff in organizations throughout Washington and California .
 
Ms. Dirksen holds a specialized M.A. in Clinical Psychology (Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy) from Pepperdine University and a post-graduate Training Specialist Certificate from the University of Washington .  She is often asked to be a speaker for organizations such as the National Institute of Out-of-School-Time (formerly the National School-Age Care Alliance) and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Jeannette's passion for building integrity into the environments where children exist is fueled by her passion for her own children and husband.
 
Ali Long, Co-founder of IntegriTeach
Ali has a Master's in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and also holds a Training Specialist Certificate from the University of Washington , Seattle . She practiced as a marriage and family therapist in the Seattle Area for Clearwater Family Services. Ali also served as a corporate training professional for IBM's Catapult, a recognized leader in training solutions across instructor-led, computer-based and Internet-based learning platforms for Fortune 1000 and government clients.
 
In addition to her experience in technology-enabled corporate training, Ali has been instrumental in promoting philanthropic-based funding of educational nonprofit initiatives on behalf of prominent grantmaking organizations in the Northwest and elsewhere for nearly a decade. In line with these efforts, she has architected training programs aimed at catalyzing new grantmakers and educating existing ones in important trends in philanthropy. At Social Venture Partners, where she has been active since 1998, she co-authored the matrix design for their partner education curriculum. She is a second-term board member of Philanthropy Northwest, which assists the giving and program selection activities for Seattle-based grantmakers including the Gates Foundation, the Allen Foundation, the Rasmusson Foundation, the Russell Foundation and other prominent organizations. At Philanthropy Northwest, she served as the Coordinator for the Northwest Giving Project, an educational initiative focused on recruiting and accelerating new and emerging givers by illuminating successful philanthropic strategies. Ali has also served as Vice President of the private Springcreek Foundation since 1991, and is a four-year board member of Western Reserve Academy in Hudson , Ohio .
